Using a voucher

You can now pay online for a new hotel, parking, lounge or airport transfer using a Holiday Extras voucher that you received for a flexible booking.

Follow these steps to view your vouchers, if you haven't received them you can check them on our voucher page:

If you have a Holiday Extras account

  1. Visit the Holiday Extras homepage
  2. Log in to your Holiday Extras account. You can do this using the yellow "Login" button at the top right on a desktop browser, or by selecting "Customer login" within the header menu at the top left on a mobile browser.
  3. Go through the buying process as usual and select the product you would like to purchase.
  4. Continue through to payment and select "pay using voucher" on the payment page to make a new booking using some or all of your voucher balance.

 

If you don't have an account

    1. Visit the Holiday Extras homepage
    2. Go through the buying process as usual and select the product you would like to purchase.
    3. Continue through to payment and select "pay using voucher" on the payment page to make a new booking using some or all of your voucher balance.
    4. You will be asked to enter your Voucher Reference here - you can find it on your voucher email.

 

If your voucher was for a booking made with one of our partners

  1. You can either return to the site of the partner that you originally booked through and follow from step 2 of the "If you don't have an account" section above...
  2. Or you will soon receive an email from us that includes a specific link to follow so that you can use a voucher.

 

Making a booking will reduce your voucher balance by the value of the new booking. If the new booking exceeds your voucher balance you will be asked to pay the difference using the usual payment methods.

You can always return back to this page to see your updated voucher balance and validity.

If your voucher was issued against a non-flexible booking, you will be able to redeem it online from next week (commencing 22nd June). If you'd like to make a booking using a non-flexible voucher before then please let us know

Please also let us know if you have any problems using your voucher or to use a voucher to book something other than hotel, parking, lounge or airport transfer - our team will be delighted to make the new booking for you.

From the end of June, you will also be able to redeem your voucher against any* fast-track or car hire booking with us. Any left-over voucher balance will be retained in vouchers for you, but the expiry date will remain the same.

*If your voucher was issued originally for the cancellation of a non-flexible booking, the voucher will be flagged as non-flexible and will be redeemable against a selected range of products. Non-flexible vouchers are valid to redeem for 18 months from the date of issue.
